Addiction/Adaptation

This group offers a safe space within which to explore and recover from the trauma leading to substance dependency, process addiction or co-dependency.

This group offers a safe space in which to recover from the trauma leading to conditions characterised by emotional instability via the use of self-regulatory tools like DBT, as well as many more.

Embodied Movement

This group offers a safe space for embodied movement through which trauma can be processed and capacities for authentic relating can be developed.
